Cancellation & Returns Policy

We kindly ask for you to be sure that you have selected a product you will be happy with, and particularly with the prints, in the correct size that you will be happy with, as all products are made to order. If you have any questions or or need any help about choosing the right product, please do not hesitate to send us a message.

Please see below for the our cancellation and returns policy for your specific situation;

• I have placed an order but would like to cancel it immediately. 
  Please get in touch with us straight away via the contact form on our website or email us at hello@turffootballart.com. If your order has not yet been made and dispatched we will cancel and refund your order (product & postage) immediately.
• I have placed an order which has been dispatched but would like to cancel this. 
  If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then pay for it to be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Once the item has been received back then we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the product only if it is still in a sellable condition. 
• My order has arrived, but it has been damaged in transit.
  Sometimes damage can occur in transit, no matter how well we try to package the products. If this does happen then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, with photos showing the damage, and we will gladly send a replacement or offer to refund if that is preferred.
• My order has not arrived yet?
  Although the vast majority of items arrive on time, it is not uncommon for items to arrive after their estimated delivery dates. Unfortunately this is something that Turf Football Art Ltd has little control over once the order is in the hands of the courier. 
  
  If you are a UK based customer, and your order does not arrive within 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, then we will gladly issue a full refund or send out a replacement. 
  
  If you are a non-UK based customers, and your order does arrive within 25 working days after the estimated delivery date, then we will gladly issue a refund or send out a replacement. 
  
  These are the timeframes issued by Royal Mail, and therefore we kindly ask for you to accept these condition as part of placing an order. 
  
  
• I am not happy with the item that I have received. 
  On the very rare occasion that your order arrives and you are not happy with it, you are welcome to return it within 14 days. You will be liable for paying the cost of posting it back, and once the item has been received by us then we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the product if it is still in a sellable condition.

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. 

All replacements orders will be sent out either the same day or on the next working day.
